Shipping & Returns
Urban Green Distribution is not liable for any shipments that are held or seized by the Customs of your country. Several countries do not allow nicotine to be imported. We will not refund any orders due to shipments not arriving as it is your responsibility to understand the law of your own country.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible, mostly the same day or within 24 hours. After the processing period, a tracking email will be sent to the email provided on the order to showcase that the package is ready for shipment and sent out to the shipping carrier. All shipping transit times are an estimated delivery time. All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FEDEX & Others. We process orders from 9:00AM Central Time (CT) - 4PM Central Time (CT) on weekdays. We do process orders on Saturdays (special requests/urgent orders). We are closed on Sundays and U.S Federal Holidays.
Please allow extra time for your returns to be reviewed and processed. • Returns for defective products will be accepted within 60 Days of purchase • No returns on clearance products • No returns on any devices containing liquids/e-juice. This includes but is not limited to disposables, closed-pod systems, e-juice bottles, batteries • All returns must include original packaging and original pieces (mostly referring to coils/pods) for full refund. Any contents without its original packaging, will be returned to the customer. • All returns must include the original invoice and/or reference number corresponding to the defective product. • Returns for non-defective products will be denied and will be returned to the customer. • Customers will need to provide a shipping label for any denied products. If the shipping label is not provided within 30 days, the products will be disposed.
