GENERAL
Q: How can I create an account?
A: At the top of the homepage, click the customer icon and submit your account request form. Please upload a copy of your Tax EIN certificate. You will receive an account activation email within couple of hours, once the request has been approved.
Q: Is online ordering the only option?
A: If online ordering is not for you, please call our office and talk to one of our sales specialists. 1 888-688-VAPE (8273) Hour: 9:30AM - 6:00PM CST.
Q: Can you price match?
A: Price matching is available through phone orders. Please contact your account manager.
Q: I have received the wrong product, how do I return?
A: You can use any one or all the options listed here:
- Contact your Account Manager at Urban Green.
- E-mail us at sales@UrbanGreenDistro.com
- Subject: Business Name and #order (Briefly explain which item is incorrect, we will e-mail you back with our return address.)

Q: Can I access my purchase history/invoice from the website?
A: Only online order history can be viewed through the website, all orders prior to that will not reflect through your online account. Your account manager can send you any previous invoices upon request.
Q: Can I apply my existing credit through the website?
A: Unfortunately, all existing credits on our system must be redeemed through a sale rep manually.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Q: What payment method do you accept?
A: We currently accept payments through Wire Transfer only from outside of the United States. All products sold are listed in US Dollars and will not be automatically converted into your local currency. Urban Green Distribution is not responsible for any conversion fees associated with international orders. All payments must be completed before the order is shipped. Duty, import tax and clearance is customer's responsibility.

Q: What payment method do you accept?
A: We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express for credit card payments.
Q: Do you accept Zelle / Quick Pay?
A: Yes, you may select Zelle / Quick Pay as a payment option and sent to sales@UrbanGreenDistro.com.
Q: Do you accept wire transfer/bank deposit?
A: Yes, we accept wire transfer, please call 1 888-688-8273 or e-mail sales@urbangreendistro.com or contact your account manager for more information.
Q: Do you accept checks?
A: Unfortunately, we currently do not accept written checks.
